Always en route? No matter if you are in a train, at your client or at work: This REPORTA app makes time tracking as easy as pie. You can choose between entering your times manually or to clock them with the timer included. Of course, it keeps on running even if your app is not activated.
After creating the master data regarding your clients, projects and tasks you can immediately start tracking time. You can add further information to the time entries, whereas the latest descriptions are remembered and proposed for the next entry. Additionally you can choose whether or not to charge your time entry to the client. This way you will not lose a single hour anymore.
The hours calendar displays the entries as a list, a daily view or a monthly calendar. Time entries have different colours according to their charging status. At one glance you can see which hours are chargeable, not or maybe chargeable.
A filter system allows evaluating and sorting time entries according to date, project, activity or client involved.
All the entries can be exported as an Excel file and sent to any email account. For REPORTA clients the entries are synchronized with their online accounts.
