1.01 Update: Icon. The #1 update request that we could take care of the fastest. Kunning (touchArcade forum) mentioned it first... and then a load of other ppl thru emails... and to the face.
Dark Shrine is a 3D traditional Action RPG. Guide Leinhart through the Dark Shrine. His only way out: defeating assassins sent by a mysterious dark force and conquering the monsters and keepers of the shrine.

Tip: Use Stone Magic, the default spell above the status bar, when surrounded. This will keep you alive longer and get you out of tough situations..

When our two indie studios, Devsisters and Hotdog, came together to work on Dark Shrine it was supposed to be a swift and simple project. As total underdogs in a vicious field packed with apex predators, we knew that collaboration was needed in order to survive. It was the only way to overcome resource limitations and indie game developer woes.
Pressed for time and assets, we initially planned on finishing Dark Shrine as soon as possible. However, I think everyone who worked on the project knew that it wasn’t going to happen that way. It didn’t. We fought long and hard to make this happen.
We'd also like to say that if not for the support from you, the gamers and appers out there cheering us on, this project would never have lifted off the ground. April 13th will be Devsisters' 1 year anniversary on iTunes Apps (our studio just turned 1 a couple of months ago), and we feel that it's appropriate timing to finally present to you a game with a little bit more scale with hours of play. We’re crossing our fingers hoping that you like this game. (Can't believe we are on New & Noteworthy--March 16, 2010. Have to compile feedback and update ASAP!)
